ATTICA — Mrs. June Arleen Hatton, 61, of 702 Council died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday (July 7, 1977) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She had been ill six months. Born July 13, 1915 in Wabash, she was the daughter of Francis T. and Marie Ruth Tuggle Hullihan. She was married Feb. 21, 1942, at Williamsport, to Charles Hatton, who died Oct. 30, 1969. Mrs. Hatton had formerly lived in Wabash and Veedersburg. She had been a resident of Attica since 1935. Mrs. Hatton was a 1933 graduate of Veedersburg High. She was a bookkeeper at Radio Materials Co. in Attica. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Tri Kappa Sorority, both of Attica. Survivors include two sons, John of Crawfordsville and Peter of Alexandria, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Charles (Guinevere) Twiss of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Maus Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Burris officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. Saturday. The family requests memorials be in the form of contributions to the Fountain County Cancer Society.  --waw
